Why am getting an error when I log in to my OneID account” Unable to find your private key”?

This error will appear when you have two keys created into your OneID account. 

 

To sort out this issue, kindly send us an email to support@oneid.bh or create a ticket, mentioning your email address and mobile number, and our customer care representative will reach out.
